Bomb Threat at Sevilla Inn Investigated, No Threat to Public
KISSIMMEE, Fla. — A reported bomb threat prompted a law enforcement response at the Sevilla Inn along East Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway late Sunday night, but authorities confirmed no threat was found.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the Sevilla Inn, located at 4640 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, after a bomb threat was reported at the property. Fire rescue units were initially dispatched as a precaution but were later canceled as the investigation continued.
Deputies secured the area and conducted a thorough search of the hotel and surrounding property. No explosive device or suspicious items were located. Officials confirmed there was no danger to guests, employees, or the surrounding community.
Following the investigation, all responding units were cleared from the scene and returned to service. Authorities emphasized that there is no ongoing threat related to the incident.
The Sevilla Inn is located in a busy commercial corridor near multiple businesses and hotels in Kissimmee. Traffic in the area was minimally impacted during the response.
The incident remains under investigation.
