Motorcycle Rider Hospitalized After Evening Crash in Mesa
Mesa, AZ - At about 6:00 pm, Mesa Fire-Medical Department Engine 208 responded to a motorcycle accident on 32nd Street and McKellips Road in Mesa on Friday night. Upon arriving on scene, it was discovered that an unknown vehicle had collided with the motorcycle. Crews from Mesa Fire-Medical moved the unknown named victim across McKellips to safety. Mesa Police were on scene keeping traffic blocked in the turn lane to go north on 32nd Street.
Mesa Police were questioning the driver of the vehicle who struck the motorcycle rider. Mesa Fire-Medical transported the rider to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries. Mesa Fire-Medical Department cleared the scene at about 6:30 pm.
