POINCIANA, FL — Law enforcement units in Osceola County were on high alert this morning following a road-side encounter involving a firearm near a major Poinciana thoroughfare.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office issued a BOLO (Be On the Lookout) alert early Sunday after a driver reported having a handgun pointed at them during a confrontation near the Poinciana Parkway off-ramp at Marigold Avenue.
According to dispatch audio obtained by iSkyNews.com, the victim was exiting Poinciana Parkway onto Marigold Avenue when they were suddenly cut off by two vehicles. The suspect—described as a Black male, approximately 25 to 30 years old, wearing a dark-colored jacket—reportedly brandished a firearm, pointing it directly at the victim.
Suspect Vehicles
Deputies are searching for two vehicles believed to be involved in the incident:
- White Sedan
- Gray Sedan
Both vehicles were last seen continuing southbound toward the Marigold Avenue and Osceola jurisdiction line.
No confirmed charges have been filed yet, and the situation remains under active investigation.
Residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any sightings of the described vehicles to 911 immediately.
