PHOENIX, AZ – Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) Highway Patrol Troopers arrested a female driver on Interstate 10 after she was observed driving erratically, creating her own "traffic breaks" by weaving across all lanes of traffic from jersey wall to jersey wall.

According to AZDPS, the driver was operating her vehicle at speeds varying wildly between approximately 60 mph and 100 mph, posing a significant danger to other motorists. Troopers initiated a traffic stop to address the hazardous driving behavior.

Upon contacting the driver, troopers conducted a preliminary breath test, which reportedly registered a 0.160 BAC (Blood Alcohol Content), twice the legal limit in Arizona.

The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). AZDPS officials emphasized that impaired driving is a serious offense with significant consequences, stating succinctly, "DUI = jail."

The images provided appear to show the traffic stop in progress, with a device displaying the 0.160 reading and an individual being placed in handcuffs by a State Trooper. The exact time and specific location on I-10 of the incident were not immediately provided, but the arrest highlights law enforcement's ongoing efforts to remove impaired drivers from Arizona roadways.
