Man Accused of Instigating Fight at Kissimmee Airbnb, Posting Assault on Social Media
KISSIMMEE, FL — A man has been arrested after deputies say he instigated a physical altercation between two women inside an Airbnb and posted the incident on social media, according to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred on February 2, 2026, just after 4:00 a.m., when deputies responded to an Airbnb in the Kissimmee area in reference to a reported battery.
According to investigators, a 19-year-old woman told deputies she had been physically battered by 24-year-old Violet Marie Lentz during an altercation inside the residence. The property had been rented by 20-year-old Braden Eric Peters.
Detectives later determined that Peters allegedly instigated the fight between the two women and then recorded and posted the incident online in an attempt to exploit it on social media.
When deputies arrived at the home, neither Peters nor Lentz came outside to speak with law enforcement, prompting further investigation.
Osceola County detectives continued the case by reviewing video evidence and interviewing witnesses, ultimately leading to arrest warrants for both individuals.
- Braden Eric Peters (DOB: 12/17/2005) is facing charges of misdemeanor battery and criminal conspiracy to commit battery. He has since been booked into the Broward County Jail.
- Violet Marie Lentz (DOB: 10/17/2001) is wanted on a charge of misdemeanor battery. She remains outstanding at this time.
Authorities are continuing their search for Lentz and are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
