Poinciana Man Arrested on 41 Counts of Child Sexual Abuse Material Possession
POINCIANA, Fla. (January 28, 2026) — A disturbing investigation led by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in the arrest of a Poinciana man on multiple charges related to child sexual abuse material.
According to officials, the case began when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) alerted the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office to an individual allegedly sharing illicit files and soliciting others online for child sexual abuse material. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit launched an immediate investigation.
On January 27, 2026, ICAC detectives executed a residential search warrant at a home in the Poinciana Community. The suspect was identified as Lebron Emmanuelle Grooms, born October 30, 2005.
Following the search and review of digital evidence, Grooms was charged with:
- 41 counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child
- Unlawful use of a two-way communication device
- Possession of photo/video depicting sexual activity involving an animal
Grooms was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with zero bond. The investigation remains ongoing.
