Kissimmee Man Arrested for Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (January 21, 2026) — The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Kissimmee man following a disturbing investigation into the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.

According to authorities, the investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) alerted the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office to a report of an individual allegedly sharing illicit files and soliciting others online for child sexual abuse material. Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit launched a probe into the incident.

On January 20, 2026, ICAC detectives executed a residential search warrant at a home in the Kindred Community of Kissimmee. The suspect was identified as Steven Michael Pagan, born May 6, 1998.

Following the search and review of digital evidence, Pagan was charged with four counts of Possession of Photo/Video of Sexual Performance by a Child and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. He was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with zero bond.

The investigation remains ongoing.
