KISSIMMEE, FL – The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man accused of exposing himself to juveniles at a school bus stop in Kissimmee.
On August 15, 2025, deputies responded to a report of lewd and lascivious behavior near 5725 W. U.S. Highway 192. A 16-year-old student told investigators that after getting off her school bus, a black Lexus sedan pulled up alongside her. The driver allegedly asked if she wanted to make $100 and then exposed his sexual organs.
While investigating, deputies located another juvenile victim in a nearby area who reported a similar encounter with the same suspect.
Detectives with the Special Victims Unit began canvassing the area and identified Jose David Gonzalez-Rivera (DOB: 06/01/1998) as the suspect. An arrest warrant was issued, charging him with one count of Exposure of Sexual Organs (FSS 800.03-1A).
On August 19, 2025, Gonzalez-Rivera was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
The Sheriff’s Office said the incident appears to be isolated to that location, but because it occurred at a school bus stop, they are urging the public to come forward if there are additional victims.
