Family Pleads for Help as Search for Missing 15-Year-Old Broward Girl Intensifies

TAMARAC, FL – Authorities in Broward County and the family of 15-year-old Skylee are asking for the public's urgent assistance as she remains missing more than a week after disappearing following a meeting with an individual she met online.

Skylee was last seen on Tuesday, April 21. According to updates provided by the Coral Springs Police Department and reports on the Citizen app, she was dropped off to meet an unknown adult male she had been communicating with on Snapchat.

Disturbing new details from the investigation reveal that approximately 30 minutes after being dropped off, Skylee reportedly asked for a ride back but was unable to leave. She has not been heard from since. Her family is growing increasingly desperate, noting that she does not have her phone with her and they believe she may be in immediate danger.

Description:

  • Name: Skylee
  • Age: 15
  • Height/Weight: 5’4”, approximately 120 lbs.
  • Appearance: Black hair and brown eyes.
  • Last Seen Wearing: A black top, black leggings, and black-and-gray Jordan sneakers.

Officials believe Skylee may still be in the local area or elsewhere in Florida. The Coral Springs Police Department is leading the search and is working to identify the individual Skylee met through social media.
