Mesa Police Seek Public’s Help Locating Missing Man Eduardo Martinez

Mesa, AZ — Mesa Police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing adult who was last seen earlier today in the Mesa area.

According to the Mesa Police Department, Eduardo Martinez, 23, was last seen around 12:40 p.m. on December 19, 2025, near the intersection of Recker Road and Brown Road. Authorities say Eduardo has not been seen or heard from since that time.

Eduardo is described as a Hispanic male, standing approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police say he was last seen wearing a white tank top and gray shorts, and was carrying a basketball.

Officials report that staff from Eduardo’s adult group home are concerned for his welfare due to diagnosed mental and behavioral health conditions. Investigators believe Eduardo may be on foot and could possibly be traveling toward Chandler, where family members reside.

Mesa Police urge anyone who may have seen Eduardo or has information about his whereabouts to contact the Mesa Police Department immediately at 480-644-2211, which is staffed 24 hours a day. Callers are asked to reference Case #2025284057.
