Midnight Mayhem at Conley Elementary — Vandals Leave Trail of Chaos in Chandler
CHANDLER, Ariz. (iSkyNews.com) — It was a scene of senseless destruction early Wednesday morning at Conley Elementary School, after a group of vandals broke in and tore through the campus in the middle of the night.
Around 1:30 a.m., police say at least three people — believed to include both a man and a woman — unlawfully entered the school grounds near Arrowhead Drive. Once inside, they wreaked havoc throughout several areas of the campus, including a special education classroom where seven iPads were taken and later found smashed in the parking lot.

Officers say the group didn’t stop there. They also broke into two storage sheds on the playground, tossing sports equipment all over the field and even onto the rooftops. Nothing of real value was stolen — the damage appeared to be done purely for the sake of destruction.
Detectives are now combing through surveillance footage and evidence to identify the suspects. Photos from the scene show them dressed in dark clothing — one in a Toyota hoodie, another in what appears to be a black leather jacket.
