UPDATE: Thanks to the excellent tips we received, we have been able to make an arrest in this case and recover the vehicle involved in the incident. We hope this helps to bring closure to friends and family of the victim.

Tips Needed in Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash – St. Cloud Police Seek Public’s Help
ST. CLOUD, Fla. – The St. Cloud Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a man early Saturday morning.
According to investigators, the crash happened around 4 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, near 13th Street (U.S. 192) and Tennessee Avenue. The victim was attempting to cross 13th Street when he was struck by two vehicles.
Police say the first vehicle — a small, white SUV with noticeable front-end damage — fled the scene. It is believed to be a newer model Chevrolet Trax, traveling west toward Kissimmee at the time of the crash.
The driver of the second vehicle remained on the scene and is cooperating with law enforcement as the investigation continues.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen the vehicle, or has dashcam or security footage from around the area between 3:45 a.m. and 4:15 a.m., to come forward.
