Armed Burglary Suspect Captured After Late-Night Break-In at Kissimmee Power Sports Store

KISSIMMEE, Fla. A suspect is behind bars after deputies with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to a late-night burglary at a local business earlier this week.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to Central Florida Power Sports, located at 2575 North Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee, around 10:38 p.m. on September 22, 2025, after an alarm was triggered inside the building.

Deputies, along with members of the Tactical Anti-Crime (TAC) Unit, arrived within minutes and saw a suspect fleeing from the business. TAC deputies immediately began a search and spotted the suspect running along Duncan Avenue.

After a brief foot chase, the suspect was apprehended and taken into custody without further incident.

During the arrest, deputies discovered that the suspect was armed with a handgun at the time of the burglary. The individual now faces charges of Armed Burglary to a Business.

Authorities have not yet released the suspect’s name, and the investigation remains ongoing.
