MESA, Ariz. — It’s with heavy hearts that we share this update. After five days of continuous searching, Mesa Police have confirmed that 71-year-old Quenett Scott has been found dead.
Police say her death does not appear suspicious.
“Our thoughts are with Quenett’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time,” a Mesa Police spokesman told iSkyNews.com.
Quenett’s disappearance brought the community together in an outpouring of concern and support.
Neighbors, volunteers, and law enforcement searched tirelessly, holding onto hope that she would be found safe.
While no foul play is suspected, the loss is deeply felt by everyone who knew her and those who followed her story.
