Fatal Motorcycle Crash Under Investigation in Osceola County
Osceola County, FL — A tragic accident claimed the life of a motorcyclist Saturday morning following a two-vehicle collision on Pleasant Hill Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).
The crash occurred at approximately 10:58 a.m. near the intersection of Pleasant Hill Road and Kinglet Boulevard. A 61-year-old man from Poinciana, driving a 2017 Nissan Titan pickup truck, was headed northbound in the left turn lane. Simultaneously, a 34-year-old Kissimmee man was southbound on a 2019 Ducati motorcycle in the outside lane.

Investigators say the pickup truck driver initiated a left turn directly into the path of the motorcycle, resulting in the front of the Ducati striking the right side of the truck.
📍 The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at Osceola Regional Hospital. His next of kin had not yet been notified at the time of the report. The pickup truck driver was transported to Poinciana Medical Center with minor injuries. He was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
FHP confirms the incident is still under investigation. No additional details have been released, including whether charges are pending.
