According to investigators, Orr was last seen on May 2, 2026, leaving his residence in the vicinity of Stapley and Southern Avenue. Authorities describe Orr as standing 5'11" tall and weighing approximately 210 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

When he was last spotted, he was wearing a distinctive white t-shirt with the text "KAYNOR" printed across it, khaki cargo pants with visible holes, and blue-framed prescription glasses.

Orr’s family has expressed significant concern for his safety and well-being, noting that he suffers from mental health conditions that may leave him vulnerable.
