EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA — Step outside today, and feel it you will…
strong with the wind, this day is. 🌬️

Gusts will reach 20 to 30 mph, especially along the coast — so if outdoor plans you have, secure them you should.

Across southern areas, scattered rain and a few storms will linger through the morning and early afternoon.
But as the day goes on… fade away, they will.

Temperatures will stay comfortable, with highs in the upper 70s to mid 80s — balanced, like the Force.

🌊 ⚠️ Beach Warning: Strong the Rip Currents Are

If the beach you seek today… think again, you should.

HIGH risk of rip currents is in place for all Atlantic beaches, including the Space Coast and Treasure Coast.

  • Numerous, strong, life-threatening currents expected
  • Rough surf around 4 to 6 feet

👉 Into the water, you should not go.
Even if calm it appears… powerful the ocean is.

🚤 Marine Conditions: Caution, Mariners Must Use

Seas are running 4 to 6 feet nearshore, building higher offshore.
Winds out of the east-northeast between 10 and 25 knots will create hazardous boating conditions, especially for smaller craft.

Navigate carefully… or remain docked, you may choose.

📢 Bottom Line

🌬️ Breezy conditions throughout the day
🌧️ Morning showers and storms, mainly south
☀️ Improving weather later this afternoon
🌊 High rip current risk at the beaches

Enjoy your May the 4th — but for today…
on land, the wiser path may be.

🌌 May the 4th be with you. Always.
