DUI Crash Leaves Motorcyclist Dead in Pasco County; Driver Arrested
PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — A deadly crash Saturday evening on Chancey Road claimed the life of a motorcyclist and left several others injured after a driver allegedly attempted to pass in a no-passing zone while impaired, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred on March 7, 2026, at approximately 7:20 p.m., east of Yonkers Boulevard.
According to investigators, a Toyota Tacoma traveling westbound on Chancey Road attempted to pass another westbound vehicle, a Chevy Silverado, in a marked no-passing zone. While in the eastbound lane, the Tacoma collided nearly head-on with an oncoming Subaru Outback.
The violent impact caused the Tacoma to rotate and come to rest in the eastbound lane, while the Subaru spun into the westbound lane, where it struck the Silverado and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle traveling behind it.
A fifth vehicle, a Honda motorcycle traveling behind the Harley, attempted to take evasive action to avoid the wreckage. However, the rider lost control and the motorcycle overturned in the eastbound lane.
The Harley-Davidson rider, a 51-year-old Zephyrhills man, was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries, troopers said.
Investigators identified the driver of the Toyota Tacoma as Mynor Adolfo Milian-Morales, 29, of Guatemala. Troopers say he suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Authorities determined Milian-Morales had no driver’s license and was impaired, with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.106, above Florida’s legal limit of 0.08.
Milian-Morales was arrested by Florida Highway Patrol troopers and booked into the Pasco County Jail on charges including:
- DUI Manslaughter
- Driving Without a License Resulting in Death
- Additional DUI injury and property damage charges
Other people involved in the crash included:
- Driver of the Subaru Outback: 62-year-old man from Bell, Florida – serious injuries
- Passenger in the Subaru: 62-year-old woman from Bell – no injuries
- Driver of the Chevy Silverado: 55-year-old woman from Zephyrhills – minor injuries
- Honda motorcycle rider: 27-year-old man from Zephyrhills – minor injuries
The crash remains under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
