Rebuilding Fire Station 205: A Community’s Next Chapter of Safety
Mesa, AZ - Here in Mesa, Mesa Fire isn’t just constructing a building; they are building a stronger, safer community. Fire Station 205, a familiar sight at Diamond Avenue and Greenfield Road, is getting a full rebuild starting this fall. It's all about making sure our firefighters have everything they need to keep doing what they do best: looking out for all of us.

The project kicks off in fall 2025 with demolition and will wrap up by spring 2027. Throughout that time, our Station 205 crews will be operating from a nearby spot, so rest easy—help is always close by. And as we watch the new station rise, it’s really a testament to how much we value our first responders.
A huge thank-you goes out to our firefighters for all they do and for adapting during the rebuild. This new station is for them and for all of us—so here's to a bright future and a community that’s always ready to support each other.
