Two-Vehicle Crash Closes Lanes at Harris and McKellips in Mesa Early This Evening
Mesa, AZ – A two-vehicle crash caused significant traffic delays Saturday evening near North Harris Drive and McKellips Road in Mesa.
Mesa Police and Fire crews responded to the intersection after reports of a collision involving two vehicles with moderate damage. Both cars were left disabled in the roadway, prompting lane closures while tow trucks were called to clear the scene.
As of now, northbound Harris at McKellips remains closed, along with two eastbound lanes on McKellips Road. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes and expect delays while crews work to reopen the intersection.
No serious injuries were immediately reported, and the cause of the crash is under investigation by Mesa Police.
