Mesa PD sent us this missing/runaway alert this morning, and we’re asking the community to help get the word out.
Please see the attached bulletin for Missing Juvenile Giovanna Mangione-Capilla.
Giovanna Mangione-Capilla, 16 years old, was last seen on 11/21/2025 just after 10:00 PM in the area of Signal Butte and Warner.
She was last seen wearing:
- an oversized gray shirt
- unknown color shorts
- carrying a backpack and a white bag
Giovanna is a Hispanic female, 5'0", 159 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
