PHOENIX, AZ (iSkyNews.com) – Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) Canine District troopers seized a combined 78 pounds of methamphetamine during two unrelated traffic stops earlier this month, according to officials.
The first stop occurred on November 6, 2025, along Interstate 10 in Pima County, where troopers discovered multiple vacuum-sealed packages containing meth concealed inside a vehicle. Later that same day, a separate Canine District team made another significant discovery during a traffic stop on Interstate 40 in Navajo County, uncovering additional packages of meth wrapped tightly and hidden within the vehicle.
