Mesa Teen Yolyn Hermios Found Safe After Turquoise Alert
Mesa, AZ (iSkyNews.com) – Mesa Police have confirmed that Yolyn Hermios, a 16-year-old girl reported missing earlier this week, has been safely located and is back home.
Yolyn was the subject of a recent Turquoise Alert, issued after she was last seen around 6:50 p.m. on November 1, 2025, near her home in the area of Dobson Road and Broadway Road in Mesa. Her sudden disappearance prompted immediate concern from her family, as it was out of character for her to leave without communication.
At the time of her disappearance, Yolyn was last seen wearing a black shirt, red shorts, and black tennis shoes. She was described as being 4’2” tall, weighing 110 lbs, with brown hair (featuring green highlights) and brown eyes.
Mesa Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit began investigating shortly after receiving the report. On Monday, investigators reached out to iSkyNews.com and confirmed the good news — Yolyn had been located safe and uninjured. No further details were released at this time regarding her whereabouts during the alert.
