Mesa Police Seek Public’s Help in Finding Missing 16-Year-Old Virginia Wood

MESA, ARIZONA – The Mesa Police Department has issued a missing persons alert for 16-year-old Virginia Wood, who was last seen on the night of March 13, 2025, around 11:00 PM near the intersection of Stapley and McKellips.
Virginia is described as 5'6" tall, weighing 118 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black hoodie and black jeans. Authorities note that she usually wears four silver layered necklaces and had long fingernails painted pink and blue with rhinestones.
The Mesa Police Department's Missing Persons Unit is leading the search, and Investigator Carlin (#14771) has been assigned to the case. Law enforcement urges anyone with information about Virginia’s whereabouts to contact the department at (480) 644-2211.
