Mesa Police Searching for Missing Teen Last Seen Near Elliot and Ellsworth

Mesa, AZ – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Braedon Lankford, who has been reported as a missing/runaway juvenile.

According to the Mesa Police Department, Braedon was last seen on March 28, 2025, around 5:30 PM, after leaving his residence on foot near the area of Elliot and Ellsworth Roads.

Braedon is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time he went missing, he was wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts. Investigators noted that Braedon has the letters “P” and “L” tattooed on one of his hands, although it is currently unclear which hand.

The Mesa Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit is actively working on the case and encourages anyone with information, no matter how minor it may seem, to come forward.
